Objectives:
Practice penetrating to the net from serve receive.
Coach gives players a free ball or half serve.
On contact setter penetrates all the way to the net.
Player passes ball to the setter.
Setter squares up and sets outside.
Setter returns to serve receive position.
Variations:
Penetrate to the net from different serve receive positions.
Use full serves from players.
Have setter set back sets.
