Objectives: To practice executing a run through and improve conditioning.
Player starts at cone gate. Tosser tips a ball to middle of the court. When player see tip they can release to run through the ball. Player runs through ball and attempts to pass the ball to the target in front of them. Player continues moving around cone and sprints to next position. 2nd Tosser tips a ball to middle of the court. When player see tip they can release to run through the ball. Player runs through ball and attempts to pass the ball to the target in front of them. Player sprints around cone and then back into line. Repeat for a set number of perfect passes to the targets.
