Passing: Run Through - Run Back

Objectives:
Practice run throughs and pursuit.

  1. Tosser 1 tosses a ball in front of passer, far enough in front where they will have to execute a run through without diving.
  2. Passer runs through ball attempting to pass ball to target.
  3. Immediately after contact Tosser 2 tosses a ball over the passer, high enough where the passer will have an opportunity to contact the ball.
