Objectives:
To serving to a target.
Split the team into two teams.
Team 1 will be the "firing squad" and serve first, Team 2 will be the prisoners.
Team 2 stands on court with their back to the net with their hands behind their head.
Team 1 will have 2 minutes to serve.
After each serve the player must run and shag their ball before serving again.
If a server hits a player, without bouncing the ball on the floor first, on Team 2 then they are "dead" and they lie down or sit down.
After the 2 minutes switch teams.
The team with the most "dead prisoners" wins.
