Objectives:
To practice serving to a specific area, deep serves and short.
Put all but one player (who will be the server) in a line with the hands on the shoulder of the person in front of them.
The line is the "Centipede". The line must move slowly from sideline to sideline.
The server attempts to serve and knock out each part of the Centipede's body. If the ball hits the person in line without bouncing then they are out and stand on the side.
The server continues until the Centipede reaches the net.
Variations:
Compete for the number of people the server can knock out, high number wins.
Have two servers with the goal of knocking everyone out before the Centipede reaches the net or they lose.
