Objectives:
Focus on serve recieve and getting a good swing no matter what the pass is like.
Server from Side 2 serves.
Players from Side 1 pass the ball to the target.
Setter sets the hitter.
Hitter hits.
Setter runs under the net.
Players on Side 2 attempt to dig ball.
If Side 2 digs ball the setter sets Side 2's hitter and continues until one of the sides terminates.
If hitters terminates the setter gets 1 point.
If the hitter errors, or there is a reception error, or service error the setter goes back to zero points.
Switch setters, rotate passers and change hitters after the setter gets three points.
Variations:
Increase difficulty by moving the hitter to the middle or the rightside.
Use two setters, and play competition between both sides of the net.
