Objectives: To practice serve receive with the goal of being able to run a quick middle attack.
Server gives a half serve to passers in serve receive. Passers attempt to pass ball to setter. Middle Hitters alternate running quick attacks. Setter sets the middle. Repeat for 6 to 8 serves and have players rotate counter clockwise through serving and passing. Repeat for 1 complete rotation then have serves give full serves to passers and rotate completely through again. Give passers 1 point for each pass a middle can be run, -1 point for each pass that a middle can not be run.
