Objectives:
Emphasize importance of 1st swing sideouts.
Put teams of 6 on each side of the net.
Play out serves as if playing a normal game.
Score game using the point system below.
Continue playing for a set amount of time, or until one team reaches a preset score.
Scoring System
4 Points--First Swing Sideout
2 Points--First Serve Sideout
2 Points--Serve and win point
1 Point--Any non-first swing or first serve sideout
