Objectives:
Keep ball alive as long as possible.
Defending side serves to attacking side.
Attacking side recieves serve, sets pass and makes an attack.
If defending side digs the ball they send the ball back over to attacking side with an aggressive free ball.
Play until attacking side errors or gets blocked.
Use a disproportionate scoring system where the defense needs less points than the offense, for example the defense needs five before the offense scores twenty.
