The tip zones are a little more difficult without the screen of the block.  The hard tip to the middle of the court is probably the best tip available in this situation.
Without the block directly in front of you a tool shot is very difficult.  With a big blocker in front you can chip the ball off the elbows of the blocker, but this is a higher risk shot.

Double Block, Cross:  Line Defense, Set is Inside:
Line defense takes away some of the hard shots but opens up a large area to tip.  The best place to swing away is still hard cross.  This is still more like a one on one situation, where you should blast away hard cross.  Remember, the middle blocker is trying as hard as they can to get out as quickly as possible.  By hitting where they are coming from you are using the blocker as a screen to the defenders.
With the defender deep on the line, any tip directly over the block and short should fall in for a kill.  The inside tip is also effective as long as it is short to the net and still close to the blockers.
The tool shot is again difficult being far from the sideline.  Same rules apply to hit the tool shot in this situation, hit high and hard with a dramatic angle towards the out of bounds.

Double Block, Cross:  Rotation Defense, Set is Outside:
Line defense takes away the deep line shot.  Although it is not impossible to get a kill hitting directly at the defender, it is a better strategy to attack the middle of the court from outside the block.  An angled shot from outside the blocker's hands away from the sideline is the best shot in this situation.  With no defender protecting the middle of the court it should be a high percentage kill, if there is any power on it.  But, there is something to be said for cranking a line shot and forcing the defender to make a play, so this shot is also recommended.
Tips should be high percentage, they should at least force the defense to make a spectacular play to keep the ball alive.  Anything short and close to the block should drop in if disguised at all.  Selling a hard swing can really get the defender dug in, especially if the outside has cranked a few at their head.
Roll shots to the middle of the floor can be effective, but they must be disguised and also must cross the net as close to the blocker's hands as possible.  Also anything sharp cross, close to the net and opposite sideline has a high percentage of dropping in for a kill.
With this much space to hit to at the net their really is no
