Objectives: Practice using and controlling a down ball.
Toss ball to self and catch with both hands. (Concentrate on getting non-hitting hand high) Partner toss and catch (Concentrate on moving feet and getting into good position to hit ball) Self toss down ball with out net to partner (let partner pass ball back if ball control is good enough). Partner toss and down ball with out net. Partner toss and down ball over net.
