Hitting Drills:  Hitting Progression


  1. Step Close and Catch x 3 : Catch at peak of jump, 2 hands with full extension
  2. Step Close and Tip  x 3 : Both arms up, flip wrist.
  3. Step Close and Snap  x 3 : Finish with arm at full extension and wrist snapped.
  4. Step Close and Swing x 3 : Arm all the way through, next to thigh.
  5. 3 Step and Catch x 3
  6. 3 Step and Tip x 3
  7. 3 Step and Snap x 3
  8. 3 Step and Swing x 3
  9. 4 Step and Catch x 3
  10. 4 Step Tip x 3
  11. 4 Step and Snap x 3
  12. 4 Step and Swing x 3
  13. 3 Step Across Body x 3 : Finish with thumb up and arm inside body.
  14. 3 Step Outside Body x 3 : Finish with thumb up outside body.
  15. 4 Step Across Body x 3
  16. 4 Step Outside Body x 3
