Objectives:
To practice effective roll shots.
Server gives half serve to passer.
Setter transitions to the net.
Passer passes ball up to the target.
Setter sets hitter, alternating hitters with each serve.
Hitter approaches aggressively and attempts to roll shot the ball into the ball cart.
Repeat.
Scoring:
Have Left Side and Right Side Hitters compete against each other, first one with a ball in the cart wins or first with 3 in cart wins.
Go for time with groups of two. The group of two hitters that can get the most balls into the cart wins.
Variation:
Change the location of the cart.
