Active Warm-Up:  10' Line Running Warm - Up

Objectives:
Running warm - up that incorporates all facets of individual skills.

Only the area within the 10' line on each side is playable.

  1. Coach gives a free ball to one side.
  2. Players dig set and tip the ball inside the 10' line.
  3. Each time a player touches the ball they must run and touch the end line before they are allowed to touch the ball again.
  4. Play rally scoring games to a set number of points.  (Two out of three or three out of five)

Variations:
  1. Players must execute a roll shot instead of tips.
  2. Players use power tips instead of soft tips.
