Objectives: To practice adjusting approach with last two steps.
Hitter stands ready with all of their weight on the foot of the first step (right handers left foot, left handers right foot). Coach tosses ball a little higher than the antennae. Hitter takes last two steps, jumps and hits ball. Blocker attempts to block hitter. Hitter becomes blocker, blocker shags ball and gets into hitting line. Repeat for a set number of repetitions or time.
