Active Warm-Up:  Setting Running Warm - Up

Objectives:
Running warm - up that focuses on overhead passing.

  1. Coach gives a free ball to one side.
  2. Players set the ball to a player on thier own side.
  3. After setting the ball the player must run and touch the end-line before returning to the drill.
  4. Each player on the side must set the ball, and the last player sets the ball over.
  5. Continue for a set time limit or number of contacts.
