  CNet's site for web developers. Builder.com includes information and tutorials on developing web sites using the latest tools. It also offers the Builder Buzz chat service through which web developers worldwide can discuss web publishing.
• WC3 - World Wide Web Consortium
  The World Wide Web Consortium, WC3, is the organization which develops the standards for most web technologies including HTML. An updated listing of all HTML tags is maintained at their site.
• HTML Coded Character Set
  This document contains the HTML code for displaying special characters such as &, ©, or 3⁄4.
