Dr. Jill Hampton is a professional tutor and professor in the English department at USCA. She earned her BA and MA from the University of Illinois in Springfield and her PhD from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Jill has focused strongly on Irish-American and Irish Literature, fueled by her dissertation on recovering women’s texts and her own Irish ancestry. In her spare time, she enjoys her French Bulldogs and equestrian activities of all kinds.
