The Convocation Center is a state of the art facility with capacity ranging from 3,500-to 4,100 patrons. It is located on beautiful University of South Carolina Aiken Campus. It features a first class VIP Room with a capacity of up to 200 patrons. It also features multiple electronic scoreboards with backlighting advertisement opportunities, rentable meeting space for any function, and two additional practice courts.
The University of South Carolina Aiken is the primary owner and operator of the Convocation Center.

The Convocation Center strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, the Convocation Center has established the following guidelines:
- Guests interfering with other guest’s ability to enjoy the event may be subject to ejection.
- Guests using foul or abusive language or inappropriate or unacceptable gestures may be ejected from the Convocation Center.
- Guests appearing impaired may be ejected and turned over to the authorities.
- For information on guest paging, pay phones, re-entry, restricted items, alcohol, smoking, please refer to our Policies.
There are several parking lots surrounding the arena. Handicap parking is available in all lots. A $5.00 fee per car may be charged for certain ticketed events.
All entrances to the Convocation Center are wheelchair accessible. Once inside the center, elevators are available to provide access between levels.
Handicap Seating
Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Convocation Center. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. To purchase handicap accessible seating, please call (803) 641-3715.
Handicap Parking
For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Convocation Center. Accessible parking is available in all of the parking lots surrounding the Convocation Center. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any customer may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Convocation Center and then, park their car in one of the lots and then meet that person inside the Convocation Center. A parking fee will be charged to every ticket purchased for an event and will be included in the ticket price.

In general, there are concession stands open during all ticketed events, which serve a variety of food and drink products. There are exceptions, however. At the request of the show, concession stands may be closed.
Alcohol
Under no circumstances will alcohol be allowed to enter the Convocation Center. Patrons will be asked to leave the center if caught attempting to bring alcohol inside the center. Alcohol is not permitted in the parking lots surrounding the Convocation Center.
Only during certain events will alcohol be sold at the concession stands inside the Convocation Center. NCAA restrictions do not allow the selling of alcohol at any collegiate event.
The First Aid Station is located in the facility to offer medical assistance. If medical assistance is required, notify the nearest Convocation Center representative or go directly to the First Aid Station.
