Reset Your Passwords

If you've already setup your usernames and passwords for Self Service Carolina (SSC), Office 365 and Blackboard, you can reset them using the information below.  If you haven't yet setup your accounts, you should do so before using information on this page by going to Setup Usernames and Passwords.

Reset Your SSC Password...

Go to:

Self Service Carolina (SSC) uses your VIP ID and VIP ID Password for access.  To reset this ID and password, go to: and select the link which best describes your issue. 

Reset Your Blackboard Passwords...

Go to:

Both Blackboard use your Network Username and Password for access.  To reset this username and password, go to: This page is part of the SSC system, so you will be prompted to log into SSC first if you haven't already done so.

Change your current PacerStudent and Office 365/Student Email Password...

When setting your PacerStudent up for the first time using the link below, please keep two things in mind:

  1. When asked to enter your "Domain\user name" please enter: USCA.EDU\your PacerStudent username For instance if your username is JoeSomebody then you'd enter USCA.EDU\JoeSomebody
  2. Passwords work best when they begin with a letter not a number.

To set your PacerStudent Password go to

USCA campus resources such as student email, wi-fi, lab computers, Secure Pulse VPN, and most websites (other than use your PacerStudent account.  If you know your current password, you can change that password here:  If you don't know your current password, just stop by with your USCA Student ID Card or give the Help Desk a call.
