MFA Setup Mini-Workshop
Confused by the new MFA requirements coming from Columbia? Stop by the Help Desk for one of our mini-workshops to get setup.
What is the workshop for? We’ll walk you through the setup process online, get your device ready to go, then we’ll help you perform a test from your account and answer any questions you might have.
How long is the workshop? These mini-workshops will run 15-minutes long.
What do I need to bring to the workshop? You’ll need your SSC username and password to complete the setup. If you plan to use your mobile device as part of the MFA authentication process, you should bring that too so we can help you set it up. Mobile phones make the best authentication method.
Length: 15 minutes
Who should attend? Open to all Faculty and Staff needing assistance with MFA.
