USC Aiken Housing laundry rooms are located in each housing building for the use of our housing residents. All of our machines work with the use of a CarolinaCard (Your USC Aiken Student ID card).

Add Money to Your CarolinaCard Account

You can add money on your CarolinaCard through Self Service Carolina  and swipe the card in the laundry rooms. A washer load costs is $1.50 (lasting 35-40 minutes) and a dryer load costs $1.25 (lasting 60 minutes).

CarolinaCard deposits may also be made as follows:

1. Login into your VIP account at my.sc.edu; go to the financial tab, select either the optional fees tab (too add money onto your card via your tuition bill during fee payment) or go to CarolinaCard options tab and add money on your card at any time with a credit card;
2. Visit Business Services, Room 114 in the Penland Administration Building, with a check, money order, credit card, or debit card;
3. You can complete a credit card deposit over the phone by calling 1-803-777-1708;
4. You can mail a deposit to:

If you have a problem with one of their machines, please submit a work order by calling Caldwell and Gregory at 1-800-927-9274 or you can download the app, scan the QR Code on machine, and send it directly to Caldwell & Gregory.
