I.     Policy

Worker's Compensation benefits are provided to all University employees for injuries or occupational disease contracted while performing official duties.  Detailed procedures may be found in USC System Policy HR1.66 Worker's Compensation http://www.sc.edu/policies/hr166.pdf .

The designated medical facility for USC Aiken Worker's Compensation injuries is the Family Medical Centers at 216 Edgefield Ave. The designated pharmacy is the Family Pharmacy at 333 Newberry Street.
