Preparing for Graduation
RSVP for the Senior Celebration Brunch
USCA faculty and staff are invited to congratulate members of the graduating class. The Senior Celebration Brunch will be held on May 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Convocation Center Practice Gyms.
Please RSVP using the form below. You will receive a paper ticket and will need it for admission to brunch. All faculty and staff are entitled to one admission to the brunch. Each attendee must complete the form below. Your ticket for brunch will be mailed to you after you complete the RSVP form.
The Graduation Ceremony
Robing and Line-up
Faculty attending the ceremony should be in proper academic regalia. Please meet at 5:15 p.m. in the locker room area (Rooms 152, 157 - Women; Rooms 149, 150 - Men) of the Convocation Center to robe and assemble for the procession.
Faculty should enter through the BACK RIGHT DOOR (if you are FACING THE BUILDING) - not the front entrance.
Ceremony Details
Doors to the arena will be closed at 5:45 p.m.; the processional will begin at 5:50 p.m.
The faculty processional lineup is a single file. Faculty should line up in order of rank. Chairs should be filled one row at a time, beginning at the front.
Children should not accompany faculty if the faculty member plans to participate in the processional and sit in the faculty section. Cellular phones and electronic devices should be turned off.
