IHSA
USCA IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Association) Team membership is open to any full-time undergraduate student at USCA who is currently in good standing with the university both academically and financially.
The USCA Hunt Seat Team trains at Silver Bluff Equestrian, and is coached by Kate Cardalico Bailey. The USCA Western Team trains at Mount Vintage Stables in North Augusta, SC, and is coached by Jeff Temple.
Each new member is required to take a lesson before completing their membership to ensure correct competition-level placement. Once membership is completed, team members are required to participate in weekly riding lessons.
