The USCA Parent and Family Relations Program has introduced the USCA Family Connect portal, an online resource powered by CampusESP, to provide families with the tools they need to support their students. This platform delivers customized information that empowers families to stay informed and help their students thrive academically and socially.
While families of new students transitioning to college will certainly benefit from this support, the platform is designed for families of all students, whether they are in their first, second, third, or final year at USCA. This platform lets families stay updated on important campus resources, dates, announcements, and other information contributing to student success.
How It Works:
Parents and families can tailor their experience on the USCA Family Connect portal by selecting the types of news and updates they wish to receive. These categories include Student Success, Student Life, Campus Safety, Housing, Health and Wellness, Financial Aid, the Career Center, and more. Families can join additional communities at any time by clicking the “Discover Communities” button on the homepage.
Additionally, families can manage how often they receive updates by adjusting their notification preferences in the platform’s settings. The platform also allows families to ask questions, engage with other parents, and save important posts for future reference.
Getting Started:
To join the USCA Family Connect portal, visit uscafamilies.campusesp.com/users/sign_up and enter your email address to create an account. After answering a few brief questions, you'll gain access to a wealth of information designed to keep you connected and informed. Look out for a welcome email confirming your registration.
