About the Program
The Old Barnwell Leadership Caddie Program empowers University of South Carolina Aiken students with an opportunity to grow as leaders through mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience at the acclaimed Old Barnwell Club. Participants build valuable skills in communication, customer service, teamwork and leadership while creating connections that support their future success. Through the generosity of the Old Barnwell Club Foundation, every participant receives a scholarship, reflecting a shared commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders.
