Immunizations

All students born after December 31, 1956, must furnish proof of receiving two doses of measles (rubeola), mumps, and rubella (German measles), known as the MMR vaccine, on or after their first birthday prior to registration.

Freshmen living in University housing must receive a meningitis vaccination or sign a waiver indicating that they understand the risks of failing to do so.
