How to Nominate a Human and Civil Rights Champion

1. All nominations for awards must be submitted on the official nomination form. The form may be duplicated.
2. Nominations may be mailed or made online:
   • Nominate a USCA Student
   • Nominate an Aiken County Community Member
   • Nominate an ATC Student
3. Only one name may be submitted on a nomination form.
4. Any person may submit a nomination for each of the three categories. (USCA Student, Aiken Tech Student, Aiken Community)
5. Each nomination form can be accompanied by appropriate supportive materials such as:
   • Resume
   • Newspaper clippings
   • Newsletter
   • Programs
   • Certificates
   • Citations
   • Photographs
   • Class assignments
     
6. Any person is eligible to receive the award regardless of race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or faith.
7. Nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m., December 1, 2024. Winners will be invited to the January 26, 2025, MLK Event.
