The University of South Carolina Aiken 100% online RN to BSN program is designed to help working nurses transform their nursing practice in as few as 12 months. In this program, you will learn the principles and concepts of ethical theory and the legal basis for nursing practice, how to assess the physical and psychosocial health status of individuals, and theories of human development. You will also gain the professional knowledge and relevant skills needed to critique research, identify the concepts of community and family health nursing, and apply leadership and management principles in a variety of healthcare settings.
