Simultaneous Membership Program

The mission

With Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP), you can participate in both the National Guard and complete your degree simultaneously. Through this program, you'll pair with a unit officer, who will mentor you. You will have a job and get paid to drill once a month with your Guard unit.

Upon graduation, you will receive your commission as a second lieutenant and serve in the National Guard or the Army.
