Title IX and Sexual Misconduct
The University of South Carolina Aiken does not tolerate any form of sexual misconduct, such as dating violence, sexual harassment, rape and domestic violence, and prohibits any form of discrimination on the basis of sex. The Office of the Dean of Students works collaboratively with campus partners to prevent sexual misconduct, provide support for members of our campus community, and respond to reports of instances of sexual misconduct or any action that would constitute discrimination on the basis of sex.
