Rental Rates
Note: Effective June 6, 2023, the University of South Carolina Aiken is required to charge 8% sales tax on equipment used during rentals. This will apply to any and all equipment used, and will be charged at a single, daily rate. “Equipment” includes (but is not limited to): tables, chairs, music stands, podiums, computers, lighting equipment, sound equipment, and projection equipment. Sales tax will NOT be charged on Venue, Personnel, or Service charges. Not-for-profit organizations that are exempt from paying sales tax must provide a copy of the South Carolina Department of Revenue tax exempt form to avoid these charges.

*House Manager and Production Manager are required to be present for all Etherredge Center events.
**Number of Student Staff needed (if any) will be determined by Etherredge Center Assistant Director and Production Manager at the pre-event Production Meeting, and communicated to client ahead of time.
