Need a job on campus? Want to do something meaningful and fulfilling?
You should work with USCA LIFE!
Degree-seeking students are encouraged to apply to become a LIFE Coach. LIFE Coaches can specialize in academic assistance, fitness support, workplace mentoring, or social engagment.
LIFE Coaches are student employees who provide individualized support to USCA LIFE students during the academic day. Coaches work alongside students to promote success in the workplace, in academics, fitness, and overall personal growth. They help students build independence by providing support in classes, and during campus activities. As mentors, role models, and advocates, LIFE Coaches encourage students to develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals while fostering independence every step of the way. LIFE Coaches are paid student employees who receive an hourly wage. If you are interested in becoming a LIFE Coach, please email Adam Taylor Eubanks at adam.eubanks@usca.edu.
Workplace-focused LIFE Coaches foster independence in the workplace by providing professional support. This could include specialized training on a specific task, monitoring students at their workplace and reporting their observations, and offering support when a student is in need.
To aid our Sophomore students in their jobs, LIFE Coaches must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:30 to 3:30 with Sophomore students. USCA LIFE does provide transportation to and from the various job sites.
We understand that you are a student first! More flexibility is available depending on your specialization.
Applications for the 2026-2027 school year are closed. We'll see you next year!
