University Housing

For residents who are moving out of University Housing—this includes those who are graduating, transferring to another institution, or not returning to USCA—here the process for moving out of University Housing using Standard Check out:

1. Move all your belongings from your room or apartment 24 hours after your last exam unless you are graduating (Graduates need to be out by 10:00 a.m. on May 9th).
   
   
2. Sign up for a time on your building sign up sheet (see below) to meet with an RM for a room walk through.
   
   
3. Once you and the RM have walked through your space, the RM will present the Standard Move Out form to you. Fill it out.
   
   
4. Return your Mail and Room Key.
   
             Failure to return your keys will result in a $160.00 fee.
   
   
5. Any damages found during your walk through, will be assessed and posted to your student account.
