Housing options for faculty and staff
University Housing offers a limited number of apartments to USCA faculty and staff members, on a first-come, first-served basis. Residing in a faculty or staff apartment is a privilege accorded to those who are employed with USCA. Should at any time, a faculty or staff member either voluntarily resign or be terminated from employment, then the resident and his or her family must vacate the apartment within 48 hours of the termination of employment.
Please read through the information below. However, should you have questions, please feel free to contact University Housing at 803-641-3790 or via email at Housing@usca.edu.
