Room Selection for 2023-2024 Starts Soon!
All current residents who have completed a Housing Application for the 2023-2024 Academic Year will receive an email from University Housing announcing the date and time that is available to them to start their room selection. Please check your USCA.edu email for this starting the week of March 20, 2023.

Please follow these simple steps to select a room.
STEP 1: Confirm the room selection date and time in your USCA email address.
STEP 2: Go to USCA.EDU/HOUSING and select APPLY FOR HOUSING NOW—this will take you to the Housing Portal, where you submitted your Housing Application; use your USCA email address and password to log into the Housing Portal.
STEP 3: Click APPLICATION STATUS and press continue.
STEP 4: Select a room from the options available for where you would like to reside next year; please know that it is on a first-come, first served basis.
STEP 5: Save and Submit!
Please remember that if you are in a roommate group with another resident(s), only one person will need to select the spaces for the group!

Pacer Crossings houses our incoming freshmen. Each suite contains four furnished bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a furnished living room. Every bedroom also comes furnished with a mini fridge and a microwave. The laundry room is located on the second floor, and the Learning Center with computers, individual study rooms, and a printer is located on the third floor.
Pacer Commons offers apartment-style housing with double rooms and single rooms. However, single rooms are primarily for upperclassmen. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a furnished living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room is on the first floor, and the computer lab is on the third floor. There is a volleyball court behind Pacer Commons for easy access.
Pacer Downs offers apartment housing with double rooms and double-as-single rooms for upperclassmen and graduate students. Double-as-a-single rooms are available on a limited basis and are reserved for upperclassmen and graduate students. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a furnished living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry room on-site, a volleyball court, a basketball hoop, and a furnished Community Center which houses the computer lab and printer.
